National Network of Youth Ministries is a US based missions organization that believes the unity of the church isn't just POSSIBLE, it's necessary. They believe in Jesus commands of John 13:34-35 so much that they raise their own salaries to work for NNYM.

About Wayne
Wayne has been serving students with his wife, Karen since 2000. Wayne is a youth ministry veteran with experience in rural church, parachurch, multi-site and urban ministry and is a highly sought after camp and conference speaker.
As National Ministries Director, Wayne oversees NNYM's staff development, develops national partnerships, coordinates communications for NNYM while serving as an advocate for church-community partnerships in Northeast Pennsylvania.

About NNYM
Within every community, there are Christians in schools, businesses and organizations who are already focused on meeting the needs of teenagers. For over 40 years, NNYM has lead the charge in multiplying healthy youth ministries by networking people for stronger relationships within the community. Ministry connections are needed to help expand gospel influence and create greater impact for discipling teenagers.
